Everyone has talent around them lol. Jalen Hurts had talent and a number one defense. Troy Aikman had talent too.

Colin has praised Dak for last year. His rankings are just based on an unorthodox criteria. Its heavily youth and potential based. Or else who would rank Caleb Williams 3? That's insanity. And yes....Dak is easily better than Darnold, Hurts, Purdy, Williams, and Goff.

Those guys are usually ranked below Dak on most lists. We're not talking about a few outlier lists. But general lists have Dak ahead of all of those.

Dak was #6 on the coaches list and #7 on The Athletic.

That's not to mention Goff, Purdy, Hurts and Darnold plays for superior organizations. Or at least Goff did before he was traded. They're not tasked to lift a bad organization like the Cowboys into top contention. Its way harder to win playoff games on the Cowboys than on the Rams, Seahawks, 49ers, or Eagles.
