That’s why the players’ association insists on the rule being in the CBA and authorizes agents. They know players are less likely to be taken advantage of by business savvy owners if they’ve hired powerful representation to negotiate on their behalf.

Of course he will, I just wish it would be for another team. But we all know Jerry will cave. Rewarding mediocrity is the Cowboy thing to do, and it's one of the reasons why I have tuned the team out. Pay Dak 80 mil a year for all I care - whatever.

Only thing you can hope for is he changes his mind about Dallas or the team. But that's not anything I would bet on, whether someone changes their mind or not.
