for a second there i thought this thread was about Dak's back. Like he hurt it or something, made me nervous.

Also, when you throw it to the wrong side of a guy's head, yes, he maybe should catch it if he gets his hands to it, but if you throw in front of him, you might get a catch and a run.

I don't necessarily object to Dak being the starter right now. But i do object to Dak being unchallenged.

Just cut him after this season. Draft a rookie QB and take the salary cap hit. People keep claiming it's only going up so cut the deadwood, blow our nose and move on.

I think better way to ask is: What would be a successful season for Dak?
Would decent stats, but no playoff win, be a successful season for Dak?

The only success for the team would be to find a way to rid themselves of this pretend QB

I think we should be optimistic about seeing a better Dak this season.
Many forget or refuse to acknowledge that many of his struggles were due to him coming off a catastrophic injury. He never seemed right and was lacking that mobility he demonstrated in previous years. I'm sure he had physical and mental limitations as a result of the injury.
Being a full year removed, we should expect to see a better conditioned and less hesitant more confident Dak.
Now, will he finally beat teams with winning records more consistently, we'll see. But that will be due to his overall abilities as a QB, he won't have the injury to fall back as an excuse.
