Brady did a lot of self evaluation on the mental part of his game and review a lot of film to improve his game. Study the different defenses he faced. He was a notorious perfectionist. Dak is a lazy, weak minded player who rather not study his failures and weaknesses. That’s why he hasn’t improved since his rookie year. And now even his body is breaking down and in more vulnerable shape than Brady ever was.

I don’t really think developing a QB and a vet QB improving his game are the same thing.

Developing a QB means you want to teach him the skills and understanding needed to get him to the point where he can be a productive starter for you. A vet QB improving their game is what they do to stay a productive starter.
