I blame him for at least half, has to learn to slide and throw away instead of taking a league-leading number of sacks.

Je did some really great things. He did some really bad things. That run for the first was awesome. That fumble was terrible. He made a beauty of a throw to Cooper on the sideline and a near perfect pass to Gallup on that long ball early on.

Wasting time outs on poor clock management on the field is just stupid and sloppy. His pocket awareness is an issue still. The line wasn't great tonight but he still just doesn't seem to recognize where the pressure will be coming from. He always seems surprised when the pressure finally gets to him or he often runs right towards it. The pocket awareness is the area I really hope he can improve on because it is what will help him improve the most.

The gutsy 3rd down run is what I love about the guy. Give me that QB 10 times outta 10. Durable and a leader. He played well overall. The Saints D adjusted the 2nd half and outcoached Linehan. He’s got to be better about ball security, but the OL shares some of that blame as well. Without that gutsy 3rd down run, there’s no Gallup play to overthrow. But a top NFL QB hits that throw to seal the deal.
I love the potential of his game and want to see more runs and moving pockets. Personally, I love the way Carolina uses Cam Newton. Dallas needs to model that. They can win every game like that.
