Only way team can get better - he gotta take like 30-40 million max and I need TWO 1st and a 2nd for parsons. Parsons great but no true position - can’t stop run - gonna be paid to much. Get capital from him and move on.

Also I need another solid young wr. Besides lamb we stink at wr. Then focus on rb and fix this trash defense. - DT/LB AND SAFETY
He’s going into his last year so restructure isn’t the answer

I’d seriously trade Parsons. He gets a lot of hollow stats but he’s constantly invisible in big games and talks way too highly of himself for a guy who folds when games matter. Trade him for multiple 1sts
If you want to rebuild then you have to trade one of your young studs. Either lamb, micah or one of Diggs/Bland. That’s get you the ammo to do something and saves you from paying or continuing payer an expensive player thus helping cap

I am sure people see what you are saying. I doubt anyone would be willing. He's got tiktok brain. Who wants that? I'm sure they see the same things we see.

I would let Dak walk but I wouldn’t just hand the job over to Lance. I’d bring in vet to compete
Bring in Flacco for cheap and let Lance and Flacco battle it out. Before anyone says “did you watch Flacco yesterday “. Yes. And I watched Dak today and I’m having a hard time seeing the difference. Pick 6s, interceptions. Inept offense. But Flacco won’t demand 60 million. Why pay Dak 60 million for Flacco quality of play. Flacco was playing great in the regular season then laid an egg in the playoffs. Sounds familiar. Flacco isn’t delusional and thinks he should get 60 million.

100%

Start the rebuild, and let this be the kickstarter.

Parsons isn’t effective enough and he’s only get less effective as he ages since his game is predicated on insane athleticism.

Not a bad point. Dak/Flacco gave the same results. Flacco was A LOT cheaper. Time to play some Moneyball IMO but I'd rather have a plan with a young HC and philosophy. My hope is that Jerry lets that happen instead of some retread trying to rekindle glory years without a GOAT QB....

He’s one dimensional. Not true de and horrible lb. Trade him would be smart. We are dumb so won’t.

WE ARE STUCK WITY DAK. CANT TRADE OR CUT HIM .
These takes on Micah make no sense. "Micah is not that good so trade him for 2 first round draft picks!" Who is going to give you even 1 first round draft pick for a player who is one dimensional or not that good?

Only two players in NFL history have started their careers with 12 or more sacks their first 3 years. Micah and Reggie White. So let's trade Micah because we lost a game where the secondary left receivers wide open down the field about 20 times.
