He’s not very bright.

One of the smartest guys in the league.

This is his final window. He has no excuses left. He has an offense that has been suited to him, and the team went out and traded for Pickens to round out the skill positions.

Younger QBs have done more with less— so it is put up or shut up time for Dak.

Anything less than 2023 production will just be more of the same. He needs to step up and play his best in the biggest moments and on the biggest stages.

He has talked this talk his whole career. Just win baby… and your legacy will take care of itself

I won't say he has excuses but they are still on the outside looking in to make the playoffs and are projected to be the 3rd place team in the NFC East. There are still question marks on how good of a "Team" they are especally if they can't run the football or stop the run.

But what they have done is stop the nobody is open deer in headlights playoff performances he's had. He's gotta overcome whatever issues the offense may have. Now if they can't stop the run it is what it is but on offense its his car to drive.

If the running game shows up
Parsons gets 4 sacks in a playoff run
Bland + Diggs gets 4 picks total in a playoff run
CD and Pickens gets 150 yards and 2 TDs per game

What are the chances we don't get to the Super Bowl? Has any of those ever happened in the playoffs? No they haven't. Sometimes you just gotta be reasonable and not expect the impossible. Especially NOT point only at the QB.

Shotty might be Wisenhunt. Maybe he has some tricks up his sleeves. McCarthy is clearly just a playcaller.... he can't run all the intracacies of a team... it's been proven all along.

Of course he wants to win a SB. All players do. Sure, some play harder to try to achieve that, but they all want it. Capability is the problem. Physically Dak is capable. Mentally in high pressure moments he's not. That's who he is. But I don't doubt his desire to win it all. He tries very hard. He doesn't slack. He's just incapable mentally.

Picking up Pickens didn't round out the entire team, there are still questions on the run/pass defense and running back room.

I get that you're gearing up to blame Dak and only Dak, but pretending the team is ready for a SB run ain't the way.

I agree. This team is not SB worthy this year. Loads of questions. In my post— I said Dak is in his final window.

He will need to play MUCH better in big games than he has over his entire career in order to reach his goal of winning a championship.

He hasn’t been the only problem on the team— but he has been the biggest one. I know you want to exonerate him and lay the blame only on the defense and their poor showings (which have been problems for sure)— but the QB is the most critical position on the field. And he has let us down when we have needed him the most.

ok, lets say offense averages about 32 points per game and we lose because defense is giving up 34 points per game. who is at fault?

Look at the most recent home playoff L to GB. The D sucked— but not only did Dak and the offense not score in the first half— Dak single handedly made bone headed decisions that destroyed any chance at stopping the bleeding.

The team needed a field general to step up, calm them down, and score points— and they got his worst playoff performance of his career.

I realize his garbage stats that stem from garbage time obscure how trashy he played that day, but he was the biggest disappointment on a day filled with a field full of disappointments.

So when he continues to flap his gums about winning a championship you shouldn’t be surprised that reasonable fans are skeptical

So according to what you've said, Trent Dilfer and Nick Foles were smarter than Jim Kelly and Dan Marino, correct?
