Dak or McCarthy. pick one!

I can easily imagine plenty of Cowboys fans who would choose suffering a few more years of Mike McCarthy if it meant getting rid of Dak Prescott. Are there any fans out there that would choose the opposite?

Just another living in the moment thread. Fans couldn’t wait to get rid of McCarthy a few weeks ago and now after a couple of wins against struggling teams that haven’t won in weeks, fans are wanting him back. If we lose to Cincinnati everyone will be wanting him fired again. Lol

Mike or Dak? Mike would suck out loud at quarterback, and he'd probably have a stroke just from doing pregame warmups. Dak doesn't seem to have an in-depth knowledge of the game--has trouble reading defenses--and so would blow as a coach.

I'll go for option B. Replace both of them, keeping in mind that it's all just a shell game as long as our idiot owner/general manager still sucks air.

Just look around the board there’s fans that want Cooper Rush as the starter instead of Dak, all because we won two straight games. However, they were trashing him the previous two games and wanted to bench him for Lance. Keep living in the moment. Lol

Nope MM shouldn’t be allowed in the building. I’ll take losses with Dak and hope a new HC puts him on the scout team as a LB and he demands a trade

Well, I'll take the coach because the QB will not last long when he comes back, he is mentally and physically broke. The coach does not have to withstand the rigors of playing the game, and the broke one has already shown in the past that he does get hurt often and this latest is going to be his downfall. Plus, he costs the team resources with his greed, the coach does not.

By the way, stating that Rush gets the ball out quicker than Dak is not equal to saying Rush should be the permanent starter. Yet it is a point that's been made by every commentator that's done a Cooper Rush game.

So yeah, keep the HC and find him a QB. There’s a retread every year that resurrects his career. Mayfield, Darnold, Geno Smith, Russell Wilson, etc. Then draft a QB often, every draft if that's what it takes.
