Figured I might as well post this seeing as no one else has seemed to recently. I am going with what I would imagine is an unpopular opinion and say Romo. I love what Dak has done but short of the couple times he has run it effectively there doesn't seem to be any sort of loss when bringing Romo in. Remember 2 years ago he became the only QB to lead the league in YPA, Completion%, and QB rating not to win MVP and I don't think his game has declined that much (though that is hard to say for sure). Beyond that while Dak statistically had a good game today it seemed to be mostly from picking on the weakest link for GB and hitting wide open receivers... That and the 1 int and 2 fumbles makes me want to put Romo back... But I have a feeling that will be unpopular

I guess you haven't looked in the Quarterback Zone.

This is simply unappreciated right now. A worthy topic but the way you went about it is just disgusting.

I'll be surprised if they change it up.

2-3 in a row...maybe.
5...including at GB...thats impressive.
The team is rolling now.

They haven't won 5 in a row since they did it twice in 2014. (Streaks of 6 and 5)
Ride the wave.

Too tough..

Romo is better IMO but the plays that are making us so hard to stop our not Romos strength..

The run pass threat of Dak makes us tooooouuuughhh to stop.

If we're down 2 scores or need a 2 minute offense then give me Romo all day.

And if Romo is better we keep him in, if he struggles we take him out? Sounds good to me

I don't know, I doubt Romo at QB would have a worse record than Dak. When teams score less than 21 points (every game except the Skins game so far), I believe Romo is 50-9. I'd say that compares favorably to Dak's 4-1.

I'd still lean towards bringing Romo back in the Browns game. I don't think Dak will be harmed by watching Romo work, I actually believe it would benefit him to watch the differences in how Romo works.

That's an interesting thought give Romo one more week to rest then let him start against an easy team. 2 of the last 3 times Romo has come back from injury he's struggled (against the 49ers in 2014 and Panthers last year, which was technically his second game back but was still clearly hurt).

I laugh when people say Cleveland is an easy team, there an NFL team and any given sunday they could beat us. I'm tired of this debate, if Romo .is ready against the Eagles put him in and let's see what we got, get our answer and move on.

Tired of this Oh Tony would have scored 50 today, totally disrespecting Dak, in a place we hardly win without your best receiver. I don't know what else Dak can do to convince people around here.

I also agree that Romo is the better QB -- or at least he was last time we saw him at full strength.

But I think we would be crazy to disrupt what we have going at the moment.

Romo is a nice ace up our sleeve who can suddenly "get healthy" should we need him.

I would disrupt it when Romo is ready... I just can't see a rookie being the best option for us long term.

I'm glad I don't have to make this decision and I'll accept whatever the Cowboys choose.

This may sound bad but I'd like to see what Dak can do when we're down 10-14 points in the 4th quarter and he's forced to throw into the teeth of the defense over and over.

Dak's 97 yard touchdown drive in 45 seconds before the half says "hi".

It was nice but we won't be fortunate enough for DB's to fall down like that cosistently.

I don't think Dak can get in a situation at this point in his career where he can fling it around the field. He needs the threat of the run on his side.

You mean the one where the other team stopped the clock three times for us and the bulk of the yards were gained by virtue of a WR run play and a waiver wire cornerback falling down?
