Dak Prescott and the offense has been the problem

[Shane612]

Yep, it only took these tards 11 years to figure this out. LMAO, some knew this a long time ago. Slow learners, you bunch of late-to-the-party haters,

Lot of them also believed Mazi Smith was the second coming of Jethro Pugh, or even Randy White

[Shane612]

You don’t cut the only player who gives a **** about the team. You think it’s all Dak’s fault? Come on man.

Well, at least you no longer deny that Dak is a problem.
That's real progress, Rockport.

[Cmac]

finding a trade partner, good luck

Justin Herbert?

[Brax]

This is how bad it's become for some, Dak is "THE ONLY PLAYER" who, wins games by himself, keeps them in games, who cares, who works hard, gives a ####, walks on water, changes water to wine, and is severely underpaid. Poor Dak poor Dak.

[777-300ER]

I will never understand why they re-signed Dak! He has never been a good QB sorry.

[Asklesko]

Does Jerry believe this is the beginning of the end for Dak?
I wouldn't be too sure about that.
He may just need another contract extension.

Jerry hitched his wagon to dak and all he has to show for it is 12-18-1. It is the beginning of the end for jerry too.

[Captain-Crash]

He'll get in better shape and take this seriously when Jerry extends him for another 5 years.

"how bout them cowboys?"

Not saying it's his fault, and I'm not saying to cut him after this season. But, let's be honest, he's regressing, and I do think it's wise to draft someone behind him in case it is necessary to do what the Broncos did after the 2027 season. It's just foresight

[RustyBourneHorse]

Why not, what's the worst that could happen? 1-5 instead of 2-4?

I'm thinking more for after the 2027 season. I think it'd be smart to get a QB in the draft this year, and begin preparing the replacement. I think Dak is regressing

[RomoIsGod]

I wouldn't extend Dak.. Is draft for the future and next year's draft

[XXLMike]

I would trade Prescott at the deadline.

My thoughts too. I don't think extending him again is smart, considering he seems to be regressing. He's 33 (my age). He's had two major leg injuries in the last 6 years. Imo, it's time to plan for his replacement. We got lucky with Romo, and we got lucky to draft Dak where we did, and we got lucky with what Dak turned out to be. I don't think we get so lucky again.

[stinkface]

Used to be able to beat the blitz, and now we can't. It's weird. People just don't lose 100 IQ points in a month. Dak and our receivers used to make people pay. What is going on? Anyway, glad I went to bed before halftime.

Yep, staying up to watch this team is no longer worth losing sleep over.

Nate Newton tells the story.

Story time:

In 2022, Philadelphia went to the SB behind the #2 defense run by Jonathan Gannon. After that year, he went on to become Arizona’s head coach for 3 years. He was fired this spring and is now the Packers’ DC.

In the 3 years he was in Arizona, he played the NFC West 18 times(each team twice each year). Since he left Philadelphia he is 3-15 against the NFC West…. And 4-0 against Dallas.

[CowboysFever1973]

We are 4-2 with a functioning offense

[RomoIsGod]

I don't even get that mad any more when they lose

[Clove]

I've been over this before, but the short version is, the last QB you won with was a 1st round, 1st pick QB. We can let Jerry sit with that.
