Now we need some younger LBers and Mazi to do the same in the defensive side of the ball.

Simply because I'd expect nothing else. His salary doesn't mean a thing to me. Whether we crash and burn in the play offs with a 60m QB on a new contract or a 55.5m QB on his last year won't make a difference.
