Dak Prescott is roughly at 25k (24,943) career passing yards for the Dallas Cowboys after 7 seasons (6 full seasons of play; 1 season loss total due to injuries).

Tony Romo is the Dallas Cowboys all-time passing leader with 34,183 passing yards after 11 seasons (9 full seasons of play; 2 seasons lost due to injuries).

If Dak stays healthy and gets a contract extension, he would only need to average a very doable and well balanced 3,200 passing yards the next 3 seasons to accumulate enough passing yards to break Romo's franchise passing yards total record by about 300 yards.

Will Dak break Romo's career franchise passing record and become the Dallas Cowboys career leader in passing yards?

Oh, wow...if he does, bake him a cake. But, yeah, I get it, as long as he has them there stats. I want a SB, screw any passing yards.

I hope a winner comes along and breaks all these modern records that have been set because the league has changed.

Aikman or Staubach should own all the passing records.

Not losers like Romo and Dak.
To be fair to Romo. If you put Aikman behind some of the OL Romo had to play behind he probably would have retired earlier than he did lol.
