We were picked to go to the SB by many in 2010 too. Look how that turned out.
I get it. The "experts" are wrong more often than not.

I'm just saying that the 15 Cowboys were regarded as a a good team going into the season, before the chain of catastrophes began to unfold. It was essentially the same roster that took the field in 14 and in16, when they were also considered to be legit contenders before Romo went down.

I used Martz just to pick on AC, since Martz's expert opinion has been his go to Dak defense.

We are talking about what actually happened and you’re talking about what was predicted to happen. Insane lol.

What?

It's both.

Right after he blathers about "deflecting" he comes back with this gem.
You’re bringing up a Mike Martz prediction that he was wrong on because you want to prove his opinion on Dak as a quarterback is wrong. It’s very silly and lazy but you have nothing to debate so this is the role you are taking. Just admit @America's Cowboy got you and move on.

Tell us more about this "deflecting" you speak of.

You have it down to a science.

Dak Prescott is roughly at 25k (24,943) career passing yards for the Dallas Cowboys after 7 seasons (6 full seasons of play; 1 season loss total due to injuries).

Tony Romo is the Dallas Cowboys all-time passing leader with 34,183 passing yards after 11 seasons (9 full seasons of play; 2 seasons lost due to injuries).

If Dak stays healthy and gets a contract extension, he would only need to average a very doable and well balanced 3,200 passing yards the next 3 seasons to accumulate enough passing yards to break Romo's franchise passing yards total record by about 300 yards.

Will Dak break Romo's career franchise passing record and become the Dallas Cowboys career leader in passing yards?

I don't care about records or stats or who has them. I just want the Cowboys to win a SB.
