SO sick of people who don't understand that money matters.. this is a salary cap league. You can't just compare Dak vs Carter.. and go Dak is better results etc.. We never paid Quincy 60M, we never decimated our roster to keep Quincy paid. Strawman argument.

Dak is the worst thing that has happened to this franchise for 30 years. Only thing worse over that period is Jerry Jones and his abysmal leadership. You could argue one leads to the other.

Dak has ALWAYS been a fraud and some of us have been posting that for 9 years.. some of us saw this in 2016 and BEGGED not to give Dak the team.. and we have been proven right time and time again. Dak has dragged this franchise DOWN because we had squads good enough for deep runs and he just can't throw a ball accurately. Same criticims for almost ten years. One read player, lack of game sense, horrible turnovers, panics in short field situations, lack of clutch, throws behind and above receivers, gets receivers injured with poor throws, lack of leadership and lack of accountability.

Dak is a competent bus driver at 35M a year.. he is utter TRASH at 60M a year.

Nobody else infuriates me as much as this lame duck of a QB. He did just enough to somehow seduce Jerry Jones and become the “leader” of this team, but it’s becoming more and more apparent that he might be the worst QB we’ve had in decades. Sure, we’ve technically had worse men under center, but adding in that contract and his lack of leadership attributes? Easily the worst QB we’ve had in a long time. Anybody who is still on the Dak Prescott bandwagon are not intelligent football fans and I don’t mean that to be rude. It’s just obvious that he lacks the needed tools to really lead this team. It’s time to turn the chapter on Dak and begin the next generation of Cowboys!! Just end this atrocious run already!

The TOAD HUNTER was off on every lousy pass he threw today, EVERY ONE of them! I watched more circus catches today than any game I've watched all season. Prescott was pathic at best and when he would miss badly to a target, he would act like it was the target's fault that he couldn't catch a pass that was 10 feet over their head or thrown into the ground when he wasn't even pressured. Prescott couldn't even throw a pass more than 20 yds, I mean this dude was lousy coming into this year, but he has regressed at such an alarming pace that the Cowboys would be better off giving him to another team and continue to pay his salary. I would rather watch RUSH and LANCE take turns running the offense than to have to watch this slug slim up the place! Prescott isn't going to get any better any time soon, not going to happen. JJ screwed this organization so bad when he and HE ALONE signed Prescott to an insane extension. JJ needs to give back that GOLD JACKET that he bought from the Hall of Fame.

Trading him actually isn’t that hard. Dak makes millions upon millions in endorsements that will dry up quickly if he’s benched. If you tell him in the off-season he’s not playing no matter what he will quickly accept a trade to someone like the Raiders, Titans, etcetera rather than sit and lose millions.

Dak isn’t significantly better than Rush. Neither of them elevate their team and neither can win a Super Bowl. Brady with this roster is is 6-2. Mahomes too. Great players will their way.

Nope, Brady goes on a sideline tirade with this team after one failed drive, Mahomes wouldn't move the needle much. Believe it or not, because you'd be looking for miracle workers. No disrespect to Brady or Mahomes.

We've had some real doozies prior to Tony Romo.
Dak is better then every QB between Troy Aikman and Tony Romo but that's not saying much about his play this year.

Here are some stinkers for you: Testaverde (INT machine), R. Leaf, Stoerner, Henson, Hutchinson, Cassell, Brad (noodle arm) Johnson, Dinucci... I know I'm forgetting a few others, but those are the ones that stick out for me.

What a stupid take. Dak's not the best qb this franchise has had under Jerry but to say that he's worse than the absolute Carousel of Despair this franchise had between Aikman and Bledsoe/Romo? Come on, pal.

Romo got his 2nd contract, but got hurt. Also, I have to admit...Romo was finally playing well before the injuries started screwing with him...choking aside.

Dak got his 2nd contract, still sucks and there's no hope. In addition, he's regressing now that he can't "run" out of problems.

Romo did infuriate me more because I believe he had more natural arm talent than Dak...both have $.10 brains under pressure.

Your only option now is to draft a replacement and actually develop him for a couple years. If he is ready early then so be it - you are paying Dak no matter what.
