I hadn't thought of this. Could be...(seems we may have a lot of dead beat dads in here).
I used to work with a guy whose daughter got knocked up by an NBA player. I don't remember his name, he played for the Trailblazers 20+ years ago, but he was known for getting into that situation. She chased him around and threw herself at him until she got pregnant. Then she stopped seeing him, had the baby, got paternity tested, and her lawyer called him. She ended up IIRC getting over $60K/month. My friend had no use for his daughter and what she did, but he was still her dad and the baby's grandfather so he didn't disown her or anything. This is the type of situation that created these caps on child support. Personally I feel this injustice is self inflicted. Just like many things in society where we label someone as "the victim", but it's really really easy to not let it happen to you. One of my dad's favorite sayings, "You play you pay." And the only ones who are going to be hurt by this are the kids. Treats them like a commodity. Texas has set the market value on your estranged children at a dollar amount.I don’t know her. But no one can ever be 100% sure about someone’s motives. Too many times people have been fooled. Again, I’m not saying necessarily Dak’s girlfriend, I’m talking about in general.
And you seem to not want to hold people accountable for their actions. You don't seem to be living in the real world...
Really? Got any names, or are you just using the, but mommy little joey did it too, excuse?Give me a break
You’d have cut half the team
Then there's the Dak defenders...28 pages?
Wow.
The desperate Dak Haters love anything bad that happens to.him. why?
Pathetic, pathetic pathetic losers who.can not separate real.life and sports entertainment.
Get a life people.
So talking football endlessly means that they're busy with real life?People have nothing better to do
Believe it or not most people are actually faithful. But if it makes you feel better, go ahead and blame everyone else.Is it?
I imagine a lot of the people saying that in this thread have either been unfaithful or have had their partner be unfaithful. I don’t imagine that they feel that they should never be trusted to do their job.
That being said, ifs none of our business and all of this holier than though preaching is either simple gossip or being used to push an agenda.
Sounds like you need a real life. You are single handedly keeping this ridiculous thread alive. So talking football endlessly means that they're busy with real life?
It's a woman thing. They think you'll change once you get married.Yeah, that usually works out.
If he was unfaithful and it caused the breakup of his family it's bad enough. We don't set the bar at murder before we hold someone accountable for their actions.People on here acting like Dak committed murder. Give me a break.
That fits when he dumps her. This is the opposite.I have seen no evidence that Dak committed adultery other than the words of woman who was in a failed relationship with him.
William Congreve - "Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned".
Way to show you don't have a clue what I said. This whole forum is nothing but fluff and nonsense. It's not like we're curing cancer or ending wars here.Sounds like you need a real life. You are single handedly keeping this ridiculous thread alive.
In case you haven't noticed we have 2 sides of the same coin posting here.? what!?

I remember when Irvin got hammered in the court of public opinion. And he was a champion. Still took the heat for what he did.The main reason why this thread gets so much attention is because Dak has been held up by so many as a man of virtue and impeccable character. Now the other shoe has dropped.
If you have no problem with all the past threads about Dak showing up for charity work and his Man of the Year status then having a problem with this thread makes you a hypocrite.
And if he caused an accident with injuries or death would you still want to dismiss it?I just saw on the news that Dak didn't come to a complete stop at a stop sign. He must be stopped!!!
How about welcome to the internet?
Still not a valid justification.
