Do NFL rules prevent them from using the fields at the Star?

When you train properly, its for a few hours a day...max.
He can do max (logical) training or timing stuff and still have all the time hed ever need to fish, golf, attend a Rangers game, bbq...whatever.
It never has been a either/or thing
Anyway, bottomline is, hes throwing with the WRs in down time. Something the starting QB has (when healthy) been doing for the last 5-6 years, and something you like to hear.
