I agree, but then you have certain people here trying to rewrite history to fit their narrative that poor Dak is innocent of any mistakes and is the perfect qb and it's never his fault and he most hated ever when it's clearly not true.

Absolutely, however the same happened with Romo, and pretty much every QB before him. Hell, I remember the old AOL days when Troy would get hammered by fans.

I’ve just accepted that this how it’s always going to be regardless of the QB. It’s just how this fandom treats any QB not named Roger.

I don't like either one because they were/are a complete waste of time for this franchise. Worse than Danny White, the both of them.

We see it differently on Danny White. He broke some of Staubach’s records and got us to three consecutive NFC Championships.

Romo and Dak aren’t worthy to shine Danny Whites shoes. He also played in an era that did not protect the QB.

Because I’ve been active for 20+ years on Cowboys forums and it’s night and day difference between how many fans treat and respect Dak vs Romo. The difference is stark.

Art, I’ve been on this very board since 2004 this board was chaotic over Romo, it was ugly. There is no stark difference here, if anything they are more alike than not. You should stroll those 2016 threads over the things said about Romo. Oof

jerry is in denial on many things, like him being a good gm , and I imagine he is in denial on how long he will live or be able to keep on doing his "job".
Someday we may see bionic jerry, he has the money, they can rebuild him!!
