No, you acknowledge the win but admit that we played like crap, the QB wasn't very good and the team has looked lifeless, bad, undisciplined for at least 7 of the last 8 quarters we have played against bad teams.

QB sure looked good to me on that game winning clutch TD drive.

Are you mad?

Get outta here. He threw into double coverage.

I'm telling you that it would've been picked off regardless.
The Bleacher Report has the INT on their twitter page now. Schultz was sitting there waiting for the throw. Dak tried to throw it past 2 Texans that were underneath. He had zero chance of making that play (with or without the hit). Had Schultz been running back to the ball, maybe. Or had he made a move up field and Dak threw it over the top of both defenders. But the pass that was made is that's not a pass you make given that that could easily be a pick six. Dak had Pollard out wide for probably a 5-6 yard gain...more if Schultz could have thrown a block or Pollard could make a move with a full head of steam.

He has an iq at least 30 points higher than yours. That may be the root cause of your lack of understanding.

Why are you so angry? Did Dak just drive the ball down the field for the win and ruin your day? :muttley:

So when Brady engineers a comeback after a bad game he's clutch ?

Well, Brady has a much larger track record of excellent play and high level success. He gets more of a benefit of the doubt than other QBs.

It's not that hard.

But no, if he absolutely sucks for a game and then pulls one drive out, people would be right to point out that they only needed a game winning drive from Brady because he was awful for the other 58 minutes.

Very happy we won. Dak was poor. These are not controversial statements. This team will need to play better if some of the hype on this board is to be believed.

Mad?

No. Just honest. He wasn't very good today. He played poorly for much of the game up until that last drive. He had a horrendous interception that probably should have cost us the game but the defense bailed him out. He just didnt play well today. Shoot, even resident excuse maker Ken is admitting Dak wasn't good today.

I just prefer to be realistic and not some dopey homer.

Apparently pointing out Dak was poor is controversial.

Your last sentence isn't controversial either. Play like they have for much of the last two games and this team will get bounced in the first round of the playoffs............ again.

Dak has 19 4th quarter comebacks. I don't care about the track record, when it was nut cutting time he engineered a 98 yard drive throwing some dots on the drive. Again that's clutch.

..actually, TEX was playing good D. They were covering everyone. Dak was constantly throwing into tight windows.
This is true?
Dak had small windows to throw into all day. On the last drive there were 3-4 throws where the defenders were inches from deflecting the ball.

Great. Clutch. He led a TD drive that won us the game.

He also stunk for large chunks of the game and got bailed out by the defense on what was a terrible interception later in the game.

Both are absolutely accurate statements about his game today. And yet some of you really struggle with that second part.

Well to some here it's the equivalent of herecy. I half expect to have my cowboys shirt burnt at the stake for criticising our QB.

He threw it I coverage all game. Wait so you guys want his receivers to be wide open all game? You have to make the tough throws like he should’ve made.
