Up until about 5:30-ish, I was one of the guys that wanted Romo to start when healthy. Before the game I said the only way I would want Dak to remain starter was if he kept up with the Rodgers and at least keep the game close. Well, not only did he keep up with Rodgers, he kicked his ***.
I think there was a lot of pressure on him today than meets the eye. He knew today was his final audition to keep the job and instead of squandering, he balled out.
At this point, I can't think of anybody who is outperforming him for the MVP award. It's actually mind-boggling that people are considering a rookie quarterback for league MVP.
The guy is a winner and has a track record to prove it.
Congrats, QB1!
