Players know how tough it is for him to work for Jerry, and now he is coaching through a lame-duck season. Give him credit, he is always straightforward, positive, and professional. Someone mentioned Dak meeting his family, that doesn't surprise me. I think they have become close over the last couple of years.

This video, Dak going to meet Mike's family...I think those 2 realize they are in a bunker together. If Jerry does get another coach, I believe he will have specific orders to put more pressure on Dak...instead of being a buddy/support guy like MM.

Was this Jerry's plan...to create a "we're all in this together" mentality? All the kids are mad at mom/dad...so they begin to work together and stop fighting each other?
