I may just be seeing things through rose colored glssses, but has he been calling out the defense and adjusting personnel more recently? He seems much more active and assertive. One play that jumped out to me was in the first quarter when Bease got hurt, he specifically called him out and gave him instructions and then hit him for the first.

His eyes was what beat the Eagles both times. Eagles secondary is terrible, but still.... Dak's eyes were sharp and he began to eventually see how those receivers play against that type of coverage. He missed a few reads this year, but for the most part he seemed to know what was going on in those games. He kinda shredded them.

Part of "The Right Kind of Players" recipe includes intelligence and the ability to learn while working hard to get better every day.

A few years from now so many fans are going to wish their recent posted comments could be permanently deleted from all cyberspace.

His play has improved considerably in the 2nd half of the season. Now is that Cooper? Better O-line play? Getting Zeke more involved? Or a combination of things. I do not view him as much of liability at this point. But he also has to continue to use his mobility and size.

I'll be calling them stupid for the rest of their existence on this board.

His numbers and his W/L record suggest that Dak’s been a very good QB overall since the Cooper trade.

He’s our franchise QB, period.

You can coach and improve upon your mechanics. You can learn how to take fewer sacks and fumble less often. You can develop better timing with WRs with more reps.

What you CAN’T coach is the ability to consistently be at your VERY best when the game is on the line. You either have that or you don’t.

Dak has proven that he’s one of the most clutch QBs in football. A flat-out winner.

His detractors’ bottom lips are still quivering.

Dak, if anything, has proven that he is clutch in big moments when the game is on the line.

Dak's really played well with a pretty bad offensive line the last half of the season.

Since he was a rookie.

One thing I've noticed: he gets the offense formation called and gets everybody lined up FAST. He's giving himself that extra 10 seconds or so to look over the defense carefully before the 5 second countdown begins to 00 on the game clock. Several plays he started adjusting and giving signals with more than 15 seconds still on the clock.

That's a far cry from earlier this season where he'd be frantically trying to audbile and make adjustments with less than 7 seconds on the clock.

Y'all do realize on our last touchdown it was all run? 0 passes completed. Was a good 1 yard TD run by Dak but it was our run game that won this game along with defense.

Everyone was expecting him to be a seasoned vet and the first bad game he has they will call him out. He is maturing in front of our eyes though.

Hard to tell. Do it against the Colts in the Super Bowl and I'll be a believer. There were still times Dak made me nervous in the pocket and what looked like the hot read and he missed or was late a few times. I did like his effort, but remember we were flat for half the game on offense. It took one big play on a series to get a TD.

Do you realize that WITH THE LEAD, with just over 7 minutes left in the game, the coaching staff called 9 run plays of the 13 total called plays in that drive to MILK THE CLOCK.

Then on HALF the passing plays that were called, 2 of 4, Seattle was called for PI.

Now I could under stand the concern if Dallas was behind at that point and we attempted 9 passes and just 4 runs and there were 0 completions, but that was not the case, now was it?

Man, I swear some people's situational awareness is severely lacking.

We absolutely had to have a TD here. So if we gonna call anyone clutch it would have to be Zeke. It setup daks big run near the goal line as the defense was spying zeke. The dude played good but not great but winning is all that matters. Ty Zeke for carrying this team.

I don't know what it is about Dak...BUT the dude hates when other teams take the lead. I don't know the percentages but nearly every time a team has taken the lead the following drive by the Cowboys has ended in points. He seems so sharp when down. That Laser to Cooper hit him in between the 1 and 9.
