Terrible video quality.

He does miss a wide open TD in the middle on one of the goal line plays, but looked pretty good otherwise.

I like the kids poise, but some of his drop backs look like he's playing catch in the backyard.

I saw nothing too impressive. And he had all day long to throw the ball.

That is the million dollar question. I've heard that it is marginal. I've heard that if his mechanics are good it is more than enough.

I cannot wait to see for myself this summer and fall.

The way he releases the ball seems to have a direct effect on the strength of his arm, I think it hurts his velocity but may help his touch.

Lots of dink and dunk, although it was the senior bowl on a weeks practice.

How is his toughness for people that have seen more? Is he RGknee or Russell, or neither? This is the big boy league!

Funny you bring up Wilson. He was a guy that was at the Senior Bowl while there were other big name guys being talked about and was quietly the best QB at the Bowl (Dak outperformed Wentz), I saw some of that in Dak's Senior Bowl appearance as well.

Please everyone stop with the praise and get with the picture! Dak was drafted in the fourth so he will never be a starter and will be lucky to be a career back-up.

Getting a capable backup in the bottom of the 4th round sounds like a win to me. Whether he can or can not make it has yet to be proven.

That A&M game was one of Dak's worst performances of '15... which says something since he didn't play that bad.

If you need some convincing, check his bowl game vs. NC State.

He showed good decision making, touch, and a quick release in bad weather. When he keeps his footwork and mechanics neat he shows a lot of promise.

To be fair, Wentz was handicapped running Garrett's antiquated scheme which Dak will now have to do. I like Dak a lot and hope he can become similar to Wilson but I doubt this coaching staff can get him there. He will have to overcome the coaches and scheme to find success. Tall order.

To be clear, I wasn't saying Dak is the next Wilson. Even Wilson wasn't the next Wilson till he did it in the NFL, and even today, people still think his defense and Lynch carry him to every victory.
