The fact you are trying to somehow take 4 playoff games in 6 seasons and 'stretch' it into a 17 game regular season makes ZERO sense.

Also, Dak has 6 passing td's in 4 playoff games so no clue where you are getting 9 td's from (so even using the accurate numbers in Dak's 4 playoff games his imaginary 17-game season example you wish to use would actually have him passing for 25 td's and 13 int's.....oh yeah, stellar numbers for a $40M QB)

In 4 playoff games here are Dak's stats: 89 of 146 for a 61% Comp % 1,048 yards 7.2 ypa 6 td's 3 int's

Of those playoff stats, 3 of his 6 td's (50%) and 302 of his 1,048 yards (28.8%) came in the 2016 loss to GB....so in his 3 other playoff games here are Dak's stats:

65 of 108 for a 60.2% Comp % 746 yards 6.9 ypa 3 td's 2 int's

I'm comparing him to Derek Carr who I think is in the same range as Dak talentwise he was benched and is going to be gone after this season, this is Carr's 9th season. Dak in his 7th season threw the same amount of INTs as Carr this season in 5 less games. I'm not saying get rid of Dak now but if he doesn't win this playoffs or the next two it's time to move on. He'll be 30 next summer no team really keeps a QB for 15-20 years that doesn't win it just doesn't happen. At some point you have to show you can win a Super Bowl, that is the entire point of the game not regular season wins or TDs.

Don't worry. The Arlington Jonesboys do not have and out for the contract until the end of the 2023 season. I doubt that they will eat the salary cap poison pill. So he is here until the end of the contract 2024. So you got your 2 years.

It will be interesting. The raiders won’t get anything because if they don’t cut him before February his 2023 salary becomes guaranteed
If it’s guarteed then he’s harder to trade
Carr is not a bad QB but he is prone to mistakes and always has been. But in a league with 32 teams and 32 QB’s who are bit better than him he will get a nice contract
