Dak is very robotic/plastic with the media. Is it me or does it seem that Aikman spoke with more emotion about Zeke than Dak did? I mean, I get Dak saying Zeke's release "hasn't hit him yet" but Dak just comes across so....I don't know....like a guy selling mattresses....just dry and trying to search for how to say the right things.
He very much reminds me of someone with a public speaking type degree wherein they focus so much on the delivery they lose sight of the message and emotions behind the message being delivered.Dak is very robotic/plastic with the media.
Honestly it’s one of the main things that sets me off about Dak. He was formed in the Garrett oven and everything out of his mouth is platitudes and promises…”we have men in that Locker room that have each others back and we know what we are made of and are ready to step into this next challenge.” I’d like to see him just say “we cant play like we have and win. I have to step up and finally win.” He is a Garrett lab creationIs it me or does it seem that Aikman spoke with more emotion about Zeke than Dak did? This place cracks me up. That’s what you got out of that?Is it me or does it seem that Aikman spoke with more emotion about Zeke than Dak did? He starts a lot of his comments with “yeah, it’s tough” which tells you how it’s been going for him and the team.Dak is very robotic/plastic with the media.
Been saying it for a while, Dak is the Jason Garrett of QBs and that’s why he’s hung around with Jerry. Defines mediocrity but checks a lot of Jerry boxes: company man through and through, make no waves, say all the right things and stick around for the paycheckHe very much reminds me of someone with a public speaking type degree wherein they focus so much on the delivery they lose sight of the message and emotions behind the message being delivered.
Aikman knows what it’s like to be released. As someone mentioned Dak has become robotic with most of his responses.
The guys has his faults on the field… and I am critical of his performance when he plays poorly, but what else is he supposed to say fielding these kinds of questions? LolDak and empty platitudes
“The urgency is now. It’s now or never. It’s as simple as that. No sugarcoating it.”The guys has his faults on the field… and I am critical of his performance when he plays poorly, but what else is he supposed to say fielding these kinds of questions? Lol
He is being pretty straight forward and honest about the situation. What part of his responses were “empty platitudes”?

He learned from GarrettDak is very robotic/plastic with the media.
Did you actually listen to him? J/KDak and empty platitudes
Yes he is like a broken recordDid you actually listen to him?
Dak comes across a someone that has his whole life tried to say the right things and has trained himself to say those things. he rarely speak with emotion and off the cuff everything is thoughtful and calculated. I knew a lot of kids from projects that were great at saying the right thing to the person who they were trying to get them to shut up do what they want and leave them alone. great with teachers and principles and two faced as can be behind their backs. Now not saying he's that person but it just reminds me of those guys from the hood.Is it me or does it seem that Aikman spoke with more emotion about Zeke than Dak did? You and I both man. His cadence and platitude spitting is right out of the Garrett lab. It fools people into “what a top professional.”Been saying it for a while, Dak is the Jason Garrett of QBs and that’s why he’s hung around with Jerry.
