"We know how we've gotta approach it," he said. "We know what's gonna come from this outside of our building, so it's about locking arms. Something we've always hung our hat on is our culture, our brotherhood within the locker room. Now more than ever, we're gonna be tested on that."

Looks like Dak is going to organize another meeting with the Navy SEAL Team. Maybe have a couple pizza parties like they do in corporate to cheer up morale. This guy said “culture”. Dak is perfect for the management in the corporate world, but we need a QB.

Nobody esp his teammates has nothing but disgust for this Fraudo of a QB.
The team refuses to play for this 160 million dollar imposter and only a matter of weeks now before he has a total revolt on his hands in the locker room.
One look at CD face during the game tells the tale......

He keeps going to the cliche well, but his words are hollow because he plays like utter crap when we need his play to be a difference maker on the field.

Talk is cheap. Sentiment will never be confused with tangible results. And true leaders deliver in actions, not just their words.

Cheerleaders can get by with just their encouraging words. Maybe Dak missed his actual calling?

What would you peaches like him to say? Just curious.

Dak loved to blame guys like Dez and other teammates, when he needed to cover himself. His fanboys took after him, with every excuse in the book other than him, Now he’s talking about “hugging each other” and “the culture”, basically talking about singing “Kumbaya” with the boys.

It’s a mess of their own making, said Prescott. The team is too deep to be derailed by injuries. There are no excuses for penalties and drops. He spent this week demanding better focus; demanding that they prepare more like running back Ezekiel Elliott, tight end Jason Witten, and, of course, him.
“I always practice hard. More individuals need to do that,” Prescott said. “Just from the outlook of it, just from my eye, I think they do.”
"I definitely do it verbally. It’s something I’m always doing at practice. Pushing the tempo. Talking to guys."
" ‘How much does this mean to you?’ We’re 3-3, in a spot with a chance to play a big-time game, play a division rival, somebody we’re very familiar with, and we know they’re familiar with us. If you can’t bring your best for this game, and if you can’t prepare your best each and every day, something’s wrong with you.”
Prescott noticed that offensive tackles Tryon Smith and La’el Collins, who missed Sunday’s game, participated in lineman drills Thursday, and Prescott made no secret whom he hopes to see protecting his flanks Sunday night:

“They looked good enough to me," he quipped
“It starts with preparation. Allowing the way we practice to carry over to the game. We’ve got to make it harder at practice -- which we’ve done,”
Oh the irony of this older article which came from a Philadelphia writer.

This man-up rhetoric is exactly the opposite of a typical Wentz “Kumbaya” oration. There is no question who runs this Cowboys team.
BTW, Dak got outplayed by Wentz in the last game of this season to miss the playoffs. This notion of practice is also comical, coming from the guy who had a history of sucking it up in practice, but “showing up on game day”.

"I Suck. I'm going to Jerry today to request a trade. This team deserves a better QB"

This would be a good place to start.
Sounds like a 5 year old without their binkie. But Ok. Lets trade.
Who?

He’s not even that good if you think about it. Rush was a bus driver that got to 5-1 with the equivalent roster of Dak.
I think Dak can play like cooper rush. If I recall, he set the rookie record for most completions without an INT. He CAN do it. It’s just that he’s trying to be Mahomes and he’s just not that good. If he could reel in his perception of his talent, he could play much better.

So you're the type who is afraid to get rid of a pile of poop because the next pile of poop might smell worse.
You have no plane, of course this all you have to provide.
