Was a good team win. Dak did what he needed to. The 4 drops did not help. But it was raining. He will be needed to do more this week. But the Offense put up 27 points. Pretty good when your Defense holds a team to 0…
Cowboys can beat the Jets with a basic playbook. Don't get too cute and turn the ball over like Josh Allen did.

Wow, so i take it you are saying that he has more playoff wins, more Super Bowls and will be in the HOF once his career is over. Very impressive,.....delusional,.... but impressive.

Dak should not be compared to Staubach, but who knows how well Staubach and alot of those other quarterbacks would have done with rotating rosters like today's quarterbacks have to deal with due to free agency.

All of those quarterbacks benefitted from having the same core guys for 10+ years atleast.

it is a stupid record, dak didnt beat the same teams roger did.
the giants have been crap from 2014 to 2021. anyone could dominate them.
The last year they were finally competitive but still not that good.
This year looks like they went backwards.
But I will credit cowboys for winning both games last year . Dak doesnt beat other teams by himself, and last 3 years he
has had a lot of help from the defense.
In the opener he only needed 3 points to win the game

The other thing about these type records, ( they are not stats) is that you cant compare different eras and expect it to mean anything.
Beating a door mat / cellar dweller team a lot is nothing to brag about.

how about dak match rogers SB record , champ game appearances? with any past dallas QB.
You're a mess.

And just because you deserve to be put in your place, watch this!!!

Staubach set that record from 1974-1979.
In those years, the Giants went 27-61 (.307 win pct).

Dak tied the record from 2017-23. In those years, the Giants went 31-67-1 (.318 win pct).

"DURRRR DAK TYING DA RECORD DONT COUNT CUZ THE GIANTS WERE BETTAH WHEN ROGER DID IT DURRRR"

It's okay to be a Cowboys fan every once in awhile.

We beat the living dog**** out of a divisional rival, in their house, and our QB beat them for the 11th straight time.
Yep, and as a Cowboys fan how better to celebrate an excellent win.....why, by perpetuating a passive aggressive internal argument between the fanbase about QB's..

CowboysZone DIEHARD Fan
For those who can't understand context. He only made reference to the singular record of consecutive wins versus the Giants. Nothing more and nothing else.

Dak didn't need to do much tonight, but this was his 11th straight win vs the Giants.

Ties Roger Staubach for the longest win streak vs the Giants in NFL history (not just by a Cowboys QB).

He was tied for 2nd with Billy Kilmer entering tonight.

40-0. How sweet it is!
Billy who?
