He did pull up. But I'm not sure he would have played the ball or went for the hit. Either way I thing he catches it.

And on you other point, why are you worried about injuries and you already stated he has not missed a game in college. The Beese is about his size and he has been pretty healthy. Small guys can be tough and durable also in the NFL as there has been many.

well, i just feel smaller guys cannot be as robust.
just like lee may be too small to handle the mlb position...
bease has been incredibly tough and i was surprised to see him get up after some of those hits he took.
switzer will likely take some big hits given his apparent attitude.
we shall see if he can handle the 'nfl-level' hits.
if he can, then the special team and the 10 formation have likely been substantially upgrade (knock on wood)

No, not unless he wanted a late hit penalty. He was on the ground by the time the DB got there...unless you want to say he pulled upped, but i bet he still would have been flagged. defenseless receiver, caught the ball and was going to the ground as well as out of bounds.

Sadly...that was Jeff Heath:(

Got a bad feeling he's gonna get exposed as a box safety that can't cover...ala Roy Williams.

I don't think there's any safety out there that can stay with slot guys like Switzer, Beas, guys in NE, etc. All you can hope to do is keep them in front of you and tackle after catch
