BUT LIKE THE COMMENTATORS SAID, why does he have to do this for us to get a good offer
Wut?

That TD run was because of scheme. Not because of any imaginary jets he still has.

He can barely run anymore.
Stop with the sarcasm

The TD run was fine but him just getting UP and out of the pocket was the key last night. Like Risen said the TD run was scheme and good recognition, not jets!

He has some giddy up, too. That TD was a great read/run.
Not sure what they shot him up with. Must have been the same thing NE gave Zeke. Haven't seen him move that fast since early in his career.

Funny though, you could see him getting slower as the game went on.

He left it all on the field last night. He was never able to really just stand and deliver the ball.

Thought I was going to have a heart attack and was seeing things. He looked pretty fast. Or as fast as he usually is. He actually had another option play I thought he was going to keep it again but he didn’t. Other than him almost fumbling it keeping the ball it was a brilliant play. He used his legs all night. Basically because he had to. Our O-Line needs to get better.

Finally Dak goes back to his rookie year and what endeared him to my heart and used his legs and had a huge impact on this game.
That was vintage Dak use your legs when necessary run in for touchdowns and don't turn the ball over.
I believe if he continues to play like this we can win some more games and have some good football to watch your thoughts
And why did he use his legs? That answer tells you what this team is about and how far they will go this season.

Hint. It has to do with the trenches.

He did good this game, but, it was still, at least for me, to low of a score against a bad defense. And Dak running did good but he lumbered whjile running, he is just to big and not very fast at all, but he did score so there is that.

Giddy up? lol...not at all, it was much like a fast slow gallop.
Well, we have to recognize that Dak's giddy-up will not be as rapid as Lamb's giddy-up. It was good to see him hit his upper gear and gallop to daylight.

And when they drag him off the field broke then we will hear what is he running for. He runs like a ruptured duck and if he keeps it up he will not finish the season.

If he doesn't run and provide that threat I feel the season is finished anyway he needs to pick his times to run and learn to protect himself it's all part of being an eight-year veteran

Like I said I'm not saying he has to be Michael Vick but he should pick his spots make sure he can protect himself and use this to keep defenses honest and to get points in the red zone

Agreed brother this line has seemed to got very old very fast injury and age are making it a shadow of its former self no matter what Hall of Fame names are on the back of the jerseys

He ran 7 times for 40 yards and that made a huge difference last night. But, teams will now know that Dak is back to using his legs and it won’t be as easy to fool future opponents. Sadly, his 40 yards lead us in rushing. That’s not going to win against better defensive teams. We need pollard to do a lot better.
I like the fact that it's in the back of other teams minds now he doesn't always have to use his legs if things are working out with our running game and passing game but it makes it something that opposing defenses are going to have to take into account and command personnel to watch it changes the game to some degree in our favor

At this point I feel we could use all the help we can get

This is what he was doing before the injury. If he gets back to doing that then he will play much better. Just a few per game. Designed runs or especially running with it when nothing is there. But once again how many times did he get sacked last night from holding on to the ball. He needs to throw it away or take off. He is looking for that deep shot.

Extending plays are needed when your WR routes are all at the same level and everyone’s covered. Extend the play to brake up the pattern and get someone open.

He tends to get a little greedy and needs to just tuck it away when there's a whole bunch of open real estate in front of him and take what the defense is giving him.

It’s what he used to do. And has to do again if he wants to get to the big dance. When defenses have to account for him then it loosens them up. This O-Line has to get it together. He had Fergie on a seam route running wide open and Tyron got beat off the line and he had to run instead of planting his feet and firing it. Made a play on the run but wasn’t a great pass and the guy caught it and went down. It does ok against lesser teams but better teams we have to be much more efficient..

And we better get these penalties under control..

Thank you thank you thank you. Exactly my thoughts about Dak for a few years now. He plays much better when he rolls out or has designed runs. He even throws well from the run. !!! And receivers get more time to get open
