Dak stats: 24/38 completion (63%), 226 yards and 3 touchdowns. 1 fumble and multiple near picks. Lose to Cardinals 25-22.
Summary: The Cowboys never took the lead throughout the entire game, Dak was miserable the entire first half, and the Cowboys were down big. With a chance to come back in the 4th, Dak fumbled the ball away which lead to the Cardinals with another 3 points, which eventually sealed the game.
Despite having one of the top receiving core in the league, the Cowboys fell to a extremely depleted Cardinals team without their #1 WR, RB, two pass rushers, and o-lineman. Dak had two wide open TD throws and an easy slant. Dak touchdowns throw came when the Cowboys were already trailing by multiple scores. Unlike Goff who own the Cardinals, Murray own the Cowboys.
Goff stats: 21/26 completion (81%), 216 yards and 3 touchdowns. 0 pick/0 fumble. Beat Cardinals 30-12.
Summary: The Lions never trailed the Cardinals the entire game, the Goffather took the Cardinals soul as Cardinals defensive players look completely confuse and fluster. Murray look frustrated on the sideline and even threw his helmet down. Cardinals defensive players bickering on the sideline. Goff is 8-0 versus the Cardinals in his last 8 games. He is also co-owner of the Cardinals.
Despite having the worst wide receiving core in the league, Goff could not be stop. He had a crazy tight window throw to a no name TE for a touchdown. He also had a beautiful TD throw to Brown after maneuvering in the pocket and facing pressure. Goff also had an easy slant as well. Goff TD throw came at the worst time for the Cardinals as they were back-breaker.
Conclusion: There is a reason why one QB is the #1 pick in the draft and the other is a 4th round draft pick, and that not a coincidence.
