When you want to be and get to be the highest paid player in the NFL, you better be elevating everyone around you. #4 needs to make the offense competitive and not the other way around.

He may be a “leader” in the locker room and say the right things but he doesn’t have the field general presence like Mahomes, Allen, etc. He’s just another player in the cog and doesn’t stand out.
