Dak/zeke now Milton/?

High yield WR provides the most product for the future cap. Round two can provide a top shelf running back on a 3 year low contract.

Sets the bar so high for Mr. Prescott, that even Milton won't challenge him.

Pretty bold saying for a guy with great regular season stats.

Totally agree!!! What are your thoughts on Skattebo, is he a future 3 down back for us or a rotational guy? I think he would bring some energy to our RB room, I like the others you've mentioned too even if it means taking them in round 1 (Jenty/Hampton) would like a trade down though

Skattebo is the one coin flip at RB to me on one hand he has shown some of the best actual game tape of any of them on the other its a head scratcher how...he may be the best value at RB in a long time or he could be off the team year 2...
 
LOL so many of you are overlooking Will Grier. I’m willing to bet he ends up being a serviceable backup.

30s but I am an old soul. I had a thing for classic cars and oldies music in my early teens, and still do.

50+ is on my bucket list though!

ok good. "thats all she wrote" is a very old saying. A lot of younger people don't understand what it means. I saw you mentioned that and I was like.....YES!!!

Maybe, but if Dak goes down I can guarantee that Grier gets the first shot. He has way more NFL experience than Milton and more ready to start. Of course I agree that Milton may be better long term.

From a financial commitment point of view. Like it or not, Dallas's commitment to him and how destructive cap wise it would be to end, means Prescott is our QB for probably the next two years. Im not optimistic in his play. I thought his performance this past year showed signs of regression. Possibly wear and tear due to injuries. However due to the dead cap over tje next couple years, Dallas is backed into a corner. Maybe towards the end of 2027 you could see a real challenge. But rain or shine, Prescott is going into the next two seasons as the Cowboys QB

I believe Cam can come in and be better than anyone we currently have in the RB room but i also believe that of the other top 7 backs. Jeanty if he gets by Chicago and Oakland would be a dream scenario and you run that pick to the commish.

If Im understanding you right you would trade down for Hampton? I do all these mocks and some say hell be available at 44 some don't my personal thought is hell be gone earlier than our second pick but who knows.

This is quite a stretch. Milton is a late round roll of the dice. A safe and good use of the pick.

Getting amped about him reminds me of how people predicted Dinucci would start

Yeah I love doing the mocks too, one day at another time i'll ask what site(s) you use! I don't think he'll be there at 44 the way he's being talked about. I'm just team trade down, if we can't get t-mac or Jenty, trade down to the 20's see if we can get him. If not either of those 2 Rb's, we look to get Johnson next
