He's got a woeful postseason record. His stats in the postseason are mediocre. His stats in big games are all over the map. He's got issues.

The smart strategy given the timing right now (he's going to command a massive extension) is to just shake the entire thing up. New staff, new QB. You won't find a more ideal time.

Instead, Jerry is gonna waste 3-4 more years to figure out what is pretty obvious at this point.
HIS stats.

The constants in all of the "Big game" losses are no run game, penalties and the defense rolling over.

HIS STATS.

Above you are pushing off blame to others though saying it's not Dak's faults Micah had one sack.

No ****.

Can you say right now that Dak is a problem (not THE, just one of the issues) and that the smart decision would likely be to use this time to re-calibrate the franchise and start over, which includes getting rid of the QB?
The issues aren’t singular. I don’t have to scapegoat one person like you’re trying to do. My point is if you get rid of Dak or hell since you guys love Romo so much….if Romo was out there on Sunday would Micah have shown up. The issues are top down. It’s not just Dak.

I’m just amazed how many can say Jerry is the issue but in the same breath can’t admit Jerry is the real issue.

So let me ask this why did we choke in 2007 or 2014? Was it because if Dak?

And the fact the QB just doesn't play well in those spots.

You keep wanting to gloss over that fact. You just want to blame everything else but the QB. It's foolish but when you've gone so far into the tank for a player, it becomes hard to be objective.

Jerry is an issue. But Jerry isn't firing himself. Jerry isn't waking up tomorrow and saying, you know what, I am the constant for the last 27 years, therefore I need to get a real football guy in here and send myself and Stephen off to Italy on our yacht.

You keep saying "it's not just dak" as if I am somehow arguing it is all Dak. It's not. I've literally said multiple times he's not the sole issue here. But he's an issue nonetheless. And to compound the problem, he's in the last year of his contract and due a massive extension that will tie him to use for 3-4 more years. How confident are you that Dak will perform better when the chips are down over that period?

Now is the time to change the direction of the franchise. New coaching staff, new QB, maybe rethink certain positions and how we allocate for them. Sure, changing the GM would be awesome but that's not happening. But because we can't change the GM doesn't mean we should just keep doing what we are doing.

Like I said earlier your preaching to the choir what I want and what will happen are two different things. A 80
Year old Jerry is not rebuilding. It’s the right choice for the team. Not for Jerry. He has to be right on Dak and Mike. That’s what all this is about at this point.

I have said this a thousand times if you are in a leadership position you need to take the hood and the bad. When things are going great, then you should get all the praise in the world. But when things are not then you need to take the criticism also

There’s a lot to be said about the coverage and scrutiny this team receives. On one hand people can say this team is irrelevant and are not worthy but on the other hand they can’t get enough of that sweet sweet cowboy action. So many closeted fanzz in every way you can use the word.

This is a sports forum, not a gossip column, why are we responding to what a player's sibling says? It must be the offseason for the Cowboys

Instead of apologizing to the fans after humiliating us in front of the entire NFL world, the players have gone M.I.A., Micah is whining about excessive media criticism, and the family members are giving fans lectures. What a curse it is being a fan of this franchise.

"Been great to he and our Family" So will the same people who called out CeeDee mom for bad grammer be offended on this as well? ;)

So called fans??? Tell that so called QB brother of yours we want him out also.

Get some other NFL owner to be a sucker and break the bank with him.

Yes, like the ones here who wish him injury and death.

Are you going to pee on my leg and tell me it's raining by saying we don't have some terrible fans?
You and I both know, that's not rain on my leg. :)

Where's the 17 TD 2 INT vs the NFC East parade?

When is the banner hanging?
Look at where two of those teams are drafting in few months. I counted 7 wins and a whole lot of stat padding against teams drafting top 10. Leaves 5 and 5 against everyone else. Sounds about right.

Oh Good. Now it's the fan's fault. We who have been putting up for this crap for near 30 years. It's getting so I'm disliking everybody associated with this team. They need to sweep out all the trash. Start with the QB.
