Dak's complete regular-season and postseason record broken down

I see a lot of people bloviate about garbage time stats but never supply anything to back that up.
The burden of proof isn't really on me. You are arguing Dak's stats were relevant and when we had a competing chance in the game. That's already been debunked so...I just assume you have special issues.

WINNING MATTERS...and the eye test tells us that when we need Dak the most he does not play WINNING FOOTBALL.

How else is this to be interpreted? Your words, not mine. Indicationg all on Dak. Nothing mentioned about the teams play.
Is that hateful? Point out the hatefulness. I'll sincerely interested in this...if not just to watch you slowly walk back YOUR hyperbolic language.

Emotional. Winner does matter.

The hate part comes from just about your every post to downing Dak. Even when it is good news.

All pro awards are an individual award. Individual games are a team thing.
But you don't throw to yourself...or block for yourself. It takes the whole team to make a completion or TD.

The point is people want to "rescue" Dak with "team game" , most often when losing.

But now that Dak is about to break the record....it's all about Dak...and not the team that's gonna help him win it.

EDIT: See the other thread

THIS sums it up perfectly.

Ok, see. It wasn't anything in the post...it was "every post", which is an exaggeration. I have repeatedly said overreach is the enemy of a good argument. So, I give Dak his due. You on the other hand overreached and don't give me mine. I didn't realize there was a quota of positive posts for Dak or anyone is keeping count.

That all. I have no further comments.
I just know I am right.

my point is more about the extremes either way. I've never been a Dak lover. I was extremely upset when they rode with him over Romo. The first few years I thought he was less than steller on a reasonably solid offense. The last couple years I think he progressed into a solid QB. Nothing stellar but certainly capable of working with a team to get to the Superbowl.

But that being said most people react to one extreme or another based on the "eye test" or some confirmation bias.

"Nyah Nyah Nyah I don't have to back up anything I say, it's easier just to throw half assed insults"

My take on this is Dak is the qb regardless what we think of him, the past esp before shotty, is the past and kinda meaningless.

I will judge Dak by what he does THIS YEAR and nothing else. Same for all the players, new year new coaches
Judge them based on this year.

I want to enjoy what I think will be a winning season with playoffs, and I dont care who did what 2 or more years ago. The whole team is different now.

I also agree about extremes. It's a typical human endeavor.

And I'll re-inforce my point as well; the SAME people that cry "team game" to protect Dak from criticism, also give him accolades for achievements...that take a team to do. The hypocrisy is dizzying.

That would be the extreme who think Dak can do no wrong.

Most QBs in the NFL are around .500 against winning teams. Minus Brady or Mahomes.
