lol at this lame excuseI think he had the injury all along , just not to this severity. and they knew it. . I don’t expect to ever see him again with this team.
especially not this season
What can be done about the deer in headlights lookI said earlier, he runs like a 50+ year old man. His conditioning isn't good.
For someone that just became the highest paid player in the history of the league he should be in tip top condition.
Was he ever in good condition this year? Didn't look like it to me.
Training camp is in 8 months. I expect to see a different player then.
Eat all the cap and get rid of Dak! That’s what!!What can be done about the deer in headlights look
Too many late nights just throwing the ball on his field in the backyard. If you’re tearing your hammy throwing the ball, something conditioning wise is NOT right. He looked heavy. he lost his movement. He couldn't run for first downs. He didn't play in pre-season. And he ends up with a season-ending hamstring injury on a non-contact play.
Was he ever in good condition this year?
I don't think his conditioning was the issue at all. Dak is fixated on his craft, and is known to work like a mad man in the offseason.I said earlier, he runs like a 50+ year old man. His conditioning isn't good.

I think he lifts weights more than he works on flexibility and agility. It shows with his age.In camp everyone said he looked extra lean this year. I think the lack of mobility is simply a result of age along with wear and tear.
This......he was never fast. It's certainly not from lack of condition.......he has a pretty serious offseason training program. In camp everyone said he looked extra lean this year. I think the lack of mobility is simply a result of age along with wear and tear.
+1 ....see post #14I don't think his conditioning was the issue at all. Dak is fixated on his craft, and is known to work like a mad man in the offseaso

The issue is that he's built like a full back and that body type doesn't always age so well when it comes to speed and agility. Big thick hips. No amt of exercise is going to change his basic body type. Also when you have a big muscular frame it puts a lot more torque on joints and soft tissue. Look at Anthony Richardson. Guy can't play 20 minutes of football w/out getting hurt.
Sometimes this forum is a shark tank when it conjures up things to blame.
Yeah, Dak must have no concern for flexibility and agility.I think he lifts weights more than he works on flexibility and agility. It shows with his age.

Financially...Was he ever in good condition this year?
And that is the main problem - he doesn't care. What's he care?
He's the highest paid player ever.
