Dak's resilience

We saw something rare tonight, everyone. There is a hall of fame QB sitting on the bench. And the entire NFL world, including the owner of the Cowboys, was doubting Dak after two down weeks and openly suggesting that he might get replaced. On the biggest stage -- national TV -- Dak showed America what he is made of. Any other rookie would have wilted. What he did tonight was so much more than 32 of 36 and a huge W. Without question, he became the franchise QB.

I am being serious here and I am not trying to trash Romo, but do you believe Romo really has a shot at HOF?

I care more about seeing a covered up receiver and throwing him open on a timing route. He did that throughout the night. Night and day difference from last couple weeks.

Yes. He has set every passing record for the highest profile franchise in sports. And despite the narrative, I believe he has the most comeback wins of any QB in the 2000's. Of course, the playoff record will work against him. But any objective voter should know, like Marino, he just didn't have the team around him.

Marino had a lot more playoff success.

He is the best QB to ever play the game. Tonight's performance was one of the best ever seen in NFL history... Even his incompletions were catchable passes... One was a flat out drop. I'll continue saying it because I KNOW im right.

Marino actually played in Super Bowls.

Nothing would make me happier if it would happen, but there seems to be this weird notion out there that Romo is a choker, poot playoff record.......blah blah blah, and I think it will work against him even though it is baseless. I just dont see it happening for him.

If Romo is a HOF'er (lmao), you might as well put the much more accomplished McNabb in there as well.

anyways, Dak was like Brady out there tonight. Playing like a surgeon, picking apart the hottest defense in the league. Was great to watch.

It says a whole lot about this kid. Pressure does not get to him. Such a rare trait in a QB, especially a rookie. Really happy to see him bounce back strong and the offense get their mojo back.

I didn't doubt him. I think that is well chronicled.

Yep a lot of good QBs not in the HOF. If Tony goes in then what about Danny and Dandy Don?
