For as good as Dak is as PR, he's absolutely clueless when it comes to his arrogant self-promotion and unwillingness to accept potential flaws. He's reminding me a bit of Jaylon Smith here lately.

To me this is all up to the Cowboys' coaching staff. Keep this offense the same, maybe mix in a few more pass plays, but the bottom line is the defense is going to carry this team. Throwing the ball 45 times a game again isn't how this team is built, with Dak or Rush at QB.

If Dallas can average even a touchdown more per game when Dak comes back just watch this defense with even more chances to pin their ears back and rush the passer.

There's no more excuses. We have a SB caliber defense. It's Dak's time to show that he should be the QB of the Dallas Cowboys.
We have a superbowl caliber defense and offensive line. Also an above average to good running game. I agree there are no excuses and Dak will have the opportunity to show he is the QB. I personally believe we win regardless of who the QB is if we stick to the formula. Safe offense with heavy run game and no turnovers then let the defense eat them up.

This is a storyline no one expected going into this season... just keep winning.

Blah blah blah! Oh, did I miss something? Oh, now I see, Dak is blowing his horn..."pay attention to me too!" I bet he can't wait to go show off his little cha cha dance in front of the crowd before games. Hey, how come Rush does not go out on the field and show off like Dak does before games?

Shouldn't he be rehabbing or something, why is he trying to grab headlines after a win he had no part of. I think he will try to divide the locker room next. Anything to force his way back into the lineup and destroy the team chemistry that was built in his absence.

He gets his full game check just to stand and be the star cheerleader. That's 40 million dollars divided by 4 divided by 17, less taxes. So about $400-500K, maybe on the lower end for a game played in California.

Wouldn't you like to stand on the sideline and cheer your team on for 3-4 hours for around $400k for the day after taxes?

Nothing about this is arrogant or self promoting:laugh:
