MJD has a ton of miles and is coming off multiple injuries. He doesn't seem to have any burst left. I think Murray, Randle and hopefully Dunbar is more than enough.

He has a half a season of high level play in him.

Now your speaking my language.
Jared Allen would be least likely because of his huge 2013 base salary of 14 million. Most players have small base salaries because the received restructure bonuses prior to the season. Ware's 2013 base is 840k.

they COULD negotiate a resign and trade...but doubtful.

All bonus money would stay with the original team in a restructured contract. They would want a premium draft pick if they were going to pay the majority of his salary.

Im thinking something like a 2 year deal thats vet minimum this year and $30 mil next year...then after the trade, we can renegotiate it to whatever. its doable...just unlikely.

I've seen a good bit of McFadden. He is a serious talent ... when healthy. Don't confuse him with Felix Jones - Jones was only sometimes good when healthy.

Yeah you are right MJD is a gamble, but Murray and Dunbar have both proven to be unreliable options at this point. Both with injuries(Both) and fumbles(Dunbar). Adding MJD for a 6th is worth the gamble to me because of the difference between Romo w/ a quality back and Romo w/o a quality back. If he performs well we benefit from a savvy vet RB that can pass block, keep the defense honest, and pass catch. That's all Romo needs from his RB.

Plus MJD will definitely have a chip on his shoulder since people are doubting him while he's on the Jaguars and he fits the exact RKG mold of Garrett's.

Pull the trigger Jerruh!

I honestly don't see us making any moves, and I really hope we don't. We've done such a good job of drafting lately, I feel like I'd rather hold onto our draft picks.

Jared Allen's name is being tossed about. That would interest me, but I have no idea how they could get him under the cap.

Allen + Healthy Ware + All-Pro Hatcher = One of the best defensive lines of the last 20 years?

Thats like 40-50 sacks between the 3 of em!
