Dallas All-Time Passing Leaders

That does not look like the Jessica Simpson that I thought I knew. Last pic I saw of her she was waddling like a duck when she walked.

But, it was a funny story when Tony got mad at her the last time and dropped her off at a McDonalds and drove off, never to see her again.
Jessica was just featured on the American Idol finale last Sunday. She looked pretty good that night. She clearly been in the gym but yeah that pic is obviously her daughter.

Jerry gets 97 percent of my hate.

The other 3 percent goes to players.

And how is it contradicting? Dak is a big part of the problem, because he isnt talented enough to win without a significant amount of help. Bringing in Brady or Mahomes gives this team a shot because they may have a chance at building out the roster better with more money. However, it wouldnt change the culture.

It’s not hard to understand. Unless you blindly defend Dak constantly.
You’re projecting. I didn’t defend Dak. I verbatim said good or bad I don’t care. You don’t see how saying you blame Jerry 97 percent but Dak is a big part of the problem? If you don’t fine.

Thank you. Yeah, that is not Jessica, that is her daughter. She does not even look like Jessica so I don't know where AC got to thinking that was Jessica.

Meaningless stat. You cannot compare eras. Romo and Dak have played in the most pass friendly era in NFL history. In the 1970's, passing for more than 3k yards was a rarity. In 1976, only one QB eclipsed 3k yards. The game had different rules. QB's were not protected. WRs could pretty much be mugged at LOS. Last year there were 19 NFL QBs who went over 3k yards passing and 6 of those went over 4k. Different eras = different games. Can't compare stats of Mahomes to Staubach or Bradshaw. All modern stats are inflated ...... just like the value of money. In fact, you can think of passing yards like dollar bills. They were far more valuable in the 1970's.

lol...yeah, that is all he did, put them in the trophy case, Jimmy handed them over to him.

Well Jerry had to sign off on who came and went on the roster correct? Jerry technically won one more when Jimmy left, correct?

Yes, it was a joint effort of BOTH Jimmy and Jerry winning those titles. Its wasn't all Jerry, it wasn't all Jimmy. It was honestly both of them.

If it was all Jimmy, he would have easily duplicated the same success in Miami, but he didn't. Andy Reid won in Philly and then went to KC and won again. THAT'S a coach who was fully responsible for winning them all, not Jimmy.

I don't know what your fascination is with that narcissist, but carry on. Perhaps you both have something in common.

Yes, it really did happen. It was after they came back from Cabo, they were driving and started arguing, Romo pulled into a McDonalds, dropped her off and that was that.

I wish someone else would remember that. I have read so many books about the Cowboys so I can't remember where I read that.
Romo did it on her birthday! Ouch!!!

Read Jimmy's book.

Jerry handled the business side.

He was NOT involved in anything including the Walker trade.

He pretended he was and it really started to upset Jimmy and the fracture began. He also told Jimmy if you want to believe him that "he wanted to dance too".

Jerry is a business and marketing genius. He is a football idiot.

Its not just Dak.

Its all players who dont show up when it matters. Diggs not tackling, Crayton dropping a ball by not seeing it into his hands, the list continues. I said i blame the player(s) 3 percent and Jerry 97.

You just love them stupid stats, huh? How about this stat? Deion's kid was supposed to go early in the draft because of your "stats". Tell me, how did that work out?

Another thing you always do is to try and justify Dak by bringing up other QB's to try and deflect. It does not work, and neither do stats because they can be used for moral and immoral subjects.
I didn't justify anything concerning Dak. I'm on record here saying the man isn't elite and wouldn't mind if we could replace him WITH a better replacement. Sorry to crush that narrative.

With that said, I have no argument as to what standards people hold for Dak. That's actually fair. BUT.... those same people have to keep that same identical energy for ALL quarterbacks. Its seems like you have a problem with all quarterbacks being treated equal. You never have a problem with people giving excuses to other quarterbacks for the same reason they solely blame Dak for.

You've clearly shown that you support hypocrisy. Thats weird my guy.

Then you brought up Shadeur Sanders as if his draft position was justified after most respected players, coaches and other people with eyes and know the game could clearly see that there was an intentional, collective situation that was purposely done to Sanders son.... again, you've clearly shown full support of hypocrisy and that tells me everything i needed to know. You have no problem placing judgment on a player.... but you have a problem when someone addressing other players at the same position getting excuses for the same reason the original player is getting ridiculed. Make that make sense my guy.

I clearly stated what stats are used for and you can't give a legit argument that they are not used in major ways.

Stats are used to create drafting status, contract negotiations, selecting MVPs, All-Pros, and other awards after the season. Most of all, stats are used to induct players into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Now try your best to argue which one of those categories aren't driven by stats.

Aikman never had to put up big numbers with the all time leading rusher and the great teams he had around him.
lol..this is called rationalization and it’s a defense mechanism. Aikman showed up in big games, never considered himself bigger than the team, nor would he hold the team back by signing a contract that grossly overpaid. NFL offenses have changed considerably since the early 90s, now it’s a pass happy league. Wonder how many of Dak yards came when game was all but over? Dak hasn’t and never will show up in a playoff game with the stats that resemble his regular season stats.

I can't argue what you're saying, but let me ask you this. He didn't have Jerry to bother him and get in his way in Miami. Why didn't he win ANYTHING in Miami?

Did the Dolphins owner try to get involved their too that I haven't read about?

Talking out of your backside works, too. Some of you think we have to be reminded of this and other negatives, anytime someone posts something like this. Talk about trying to justify yourselves.....bunch of loser wannabes. I'm not talking about you, of course....unless you include yourself in that group. Lol
Then stop posting meaningless stats and you won’t have anyone stating the obvious.

I can't stand alot of Jerry's ways but I can't take away his contributions either. But im man enough to acknowledge when a man or woman has partly contributed to something successful, no matter how long ago it was. He did it.

I don't know what your fascination is with supporting hypocrisy. You like placing blame on one player, but support people who make excuses for other players in that same position on the team.

In today's time, you would make a great politician. You definitely have something in common with one of the most famous world leaders.

No, you understand what he even describes?

Try this:

In Dallas, Pickens is walking into the best situation he's been a part of at the NFL level. Dak Prescott represents a significant QB upgrade for him and he will have Lamb pulling coverage away, which should help him find one-on-one situations, where he excels at making contested catches.

Multiple 1,000-yard receivers should be expected from the Cowboys in 2025 even if it's Schottenheimer's first season as a head coach and Pickens is the reason why.
