Lots of different numbers out there but we're looking at Dallas as 2.5 to 3 point underdogs.
The Giants have covered the spread four times this year. Dallas is 7-3 against the spread. They obviously didn't cover last weeks 32 point loss though.
The Giants were giving up 35 ppg but have only given up a total of 5 TDs the last four games including defensive and STs scores. OTOH, we've given up 106 points in the last four games including only 3 to Philly to start that streak. We have scored 98 points over that period while the Giants have scored 89.
Eil has a 70 rating completing a scorching 57% of his passes (his career is 58% BTW) with 17 INTs and an INT% of almost 5%. Romo is having a career year with a rating of 97%, 6 INTs, and an INT% of 1.6 which is very good BTW. His AY/A is 7.7, Y/A 7.2 and he's averaging almost 270 yds a game.
The Boys get Austin back so it's Romo's offense vs NYG's defense for the most part. If Eli gets hot it will likely be a long day. When I say hot I mean against our defense which are bottom feeders right now. I will mention the Giants don't have a lot of sacks or INTs this year so they are really playing good defense; but against some not so good teams with some not so good backup QBs.
This should be an interesting game. Look for temps in the mid thirties with the wind chill to really suck with winds 10-25 mph and the latter is really gusting. So hopefully Romo can either throw the ball despite the wind or we suddenly learn how to run the ball.
I hate to say this but NY 23 Dal 16. Hope I'm wrong cause that will ruin my decade.
