McLoughlin is a proven winner as an executive. Cousins has had the secret sauce in several games this year. But against teams that punch in the mouth like Carolina - he and the OL BACK DOWN FROM THE FIGHT. To win these kind of games they have to be willing to FIGHT TO THE DEATH. You do NOT back down when your route to the playoffs is paved by sub .500 teams in back to back weeks. (Carolina and Chicago).

The Skins will either get in or not because of their record, not what Dallas does. Dallas is more worried about their own team.
