Look, Jerra, this is a team that was not inspired last year in the playoffs.
This year this team not only DID NOT MAKE THE PLAYOFFS BUT LOST DISGRACEFULLY.
Don't make me get all crazy like Cowboy Chris or Crazy Ray's crazy nephew.

The clown Wade Phillips is not the coach for the Dallas Cowboys!

If you want the same for the next two or so years, then, Jerra, you got a treat a comin'.

Not only will this team underperform for Wade, it will grow older and lose skills and then you will be back to square one. To the Campo/Gailey era. Only worse, with Wade. And bad draft picks.

Jerra, you are running the risk tonight of losing your remaining fans who have supported yer ever move since you had enchiladas and beers at Tom Landry's favorite restaurant that fateful night.

Now you are engineering the implosion of the Dallas Cowboys.

Could it be that as only as your merchandise moves and advertising rights bring in da green you are OK with so-so's such as Wade????

Think it over tonight and tomorrow say "I was wrong. We are releasing Wade to alter . . . I mean help another team. Today begins our search for HC prospects."

Exactly. I have lived in this city for nearly 50 years. The sense of entitlement is startling. A president got shot here, and we have documented problems retaining talent for chief of police and the DISD superintendent. The city council spends a significant amount of time arguing about why things can't be done. Witness: no stadium for the football or baseball teams. Just a glitzy downtown with no theme.

When we get back to hard work and all that goes with it, we'll deserve a sixth championship. It may happen anyway, but these franchises play first for themselves. Follow the money.

Not high and mighty at all. But just look at the agendas people have on here. Hate TO, hate Romo, hate on Newman, hate on Barber. Im embarassed to call myself a Cowboy fan after reading some of the stuff on this site. But whatever. All im saying is i dont know how you can hate on people on this team that play hard every single game with heart and love others who dont. Cowboys and Eagles fans are just the same like i said.

:laugh2: The Cowboys have some of the most fairweather fans in the league. Like any team, there are hardcore supporters, but as a whole, we have one of the worst fan bases in the league IMO.

As much as I hate to say it, Cleveland, Buffalo, and Green Bay are the best fans. They deserve the most.

The Lions gave more effort, played harder, and had more heart in the game that made them 0-16 than the Cowboys did in the game that would put them in the playoffs.

I think the Lions would have beat Dallas today.

Amen & halleuya!!!!!!!! Thank you. Until JJ dies or the team is taken over by the NFL for being a joke and a freak show, there will be no wins in the playoffs, no NFC Championship, & certainly NO SUPERBOWL!!

Jones is the reason this team plays with no passion. He killed the passion by allowing all of the side shows to go on. No, he didn't allow them, he ENCOURAGED them!!!!!!!!!!!
