It was a little cringey-feeling but I definitely prefer honesty over rah-rah and coaching cliches.

I think it's funny as hell. Love a coach that doesn't take himself so seriously. He seems like a real guy instead of a robot. It doesn't make him a great coach but I miss a sense of humor in press conferences.
