That one would be cool. I have such respect for Mess.

I cried like a baby when the Rangers retired his number.: My favorite player of all time in any sport.

The epitome of grind and heart. IMO.

Hey Hos, if you want to put this in the original post, below the picture...I rarely do this but thought it would be cool to show a side by side comparision.

Why is Jim Everett wearing Moose's uniform?

Love the artwork, though.
Given the comparison photos I put up, I would say it looks like Moose!;)

You are correct!

Good likeness of that pose.

I would say the artist has a very good eye.

Congrats!

Thanks, man the Jim Everett thing was getting me a little..haha!

Sometimes unless some sees the reference photos, they can see something else...Aikman was tough, because I decided to take alot of the shawdowing off his face. You better believe when I do a single of him it will be tight! I can't wait to do some singles of Cowboys.

Would you guys like to see a player like Romo, or a legendary player for my first single drawing?

Wholly crap batman that was some quick shipping.

I got mine today, they looks pretty cool, did I mention shipping was fast?

Everyone has an opinion, thats fine. If you where to hold these in your hand in person...I would doubt that someone would say that. But it is ok not everyone will, everyone has different taste. If I let that bother me then I would not be here today, it's that simple!

Thank you for accepting my right to opine although you may not agree with me. You are a talented artist. I respected the artistic genius of Vincent van Gogh but there were a few of his paintings I didn't care for either including 'The Potato Eaters'. I do really dig 'Undergrowth With Two Figures'.

Dbrooks55, the sketches look quite realistic but just strike me as too somber. Athletes are intense and spirited and if that vitality were conveyed in the artistic effort even subtly, you would have an outstanding artistic product in my opinion.

The Favre sketch to me is the most impressive. The portrayal of Favre appears more humanistic and the facial expressions more relaxed. I apologize if I got carried away with overly descriptive reactions. Keep developing as an artist by remaining open minded and receptive to viewers reactions or perceptions.

Thanks for the thoughts...The nice thing about art is, the way one person sees something the next may view it a whole different way. It truely is in the eye of the beholder. I know that I have room for improvement, that is nothing that needs to be said. I've only been doing this for about 1 year...after about a 5year layoff. I drew all my life and then took time away in my mid 20's now back at it, and there are some things I need to work out but overall people really like it, so I'm doing something right.

I will post a picture of the drawing I'm doing right now soon...there is alot of detail, and it is the most fun I've had doing a drawing in awhile!
