I'll admit to waning interest when I say I didn't watch the game all that closely. That said, it appeared to me that Martin was terrible and ALL the rest of the Oline was equally bad. A hot mess. Are they really prepared or just that bad?
And is there a receiver not named CeeDee that can get separation?
Dak looked BEAT.
Just for conversation, to somewhat add to your separation question.
Turpin drives me nuts. It's like he can't control his speed..
(I'm not even counting the punt return where he had nothing but green grass and an unneeded blocker ahead of him but couldn't keep from stepping out of bounds.)
He caught one in the middle of the field, wide open, and STOPPED! If he had continued on his route, it was a TD.

He runs like a chicken with his head cut off. It's crazy.

just listened to Jerry's post game nonsense. He said that MM "has a lot of fire in his belly." I was excited at first because i thought he said " he has a lot of belly to fire".

This team is indefensibly, totally embarrassing in every possible way. This is my least favorite Dallas Cowboys team of all time.

There is virtually nothing promising about it because we've seen the ceilings of any relatively quality player on the roster.

It is unprepared, low talent, soft, and stupid. And the Owner thought it was good enough. Smh.

Agreed on all counts.

It’s like they never got up after GB KO’d them in January.

And took sacks while guys were wide open; continued to under throw on any slightly deep pass and generally had no pocket awareness like the last 8 years.
Other than that he was great….
The errors weren't as catastrophic but I agree he has to do better nonetheless. The missed opportunities were painful to watch.

Jerry can't sell this clown show anymore. I've tuned out more this year than any other time in my Fandom. True indifference. This team used to bother me when they lost. Now I'm finding something else to do by their first halftime possession if they aren't showing any fight. And there is no end in sight for this....I thought about it recently. 30 years since the last superbowl and it could very well go another 30 years. I'd be a senior citizen if that were to happen. Smh.

3 & 14 has a nice ring to it. Really tells the world you weren't screwing around when you set out to display your team building skills.

On the field?

We have lots of issues no doubt, but when it comes to individual players #4 laps the field as the biggest issue.

Lucky for those who wanted him, he's the gift that will just keep on giving.
Those who didnt' want him is the gift that keeps on giving. The majority of your posts are about Dak. If he wasn't on this team what would you post about? Guyton? Diggs? Jerry? I doubt it.

Just imagine the possibilities we would have available if Jerry hadn't caved. We could be looking to the offseason as the beginning of a full reset.

Instead we'll be putting the cheapest deck chairs available on the Titanic as it has already struck the iceberg (Dak) that will sink it.

Ahh, are you not enjoying what you lobbied so hard for?

There is nothing more important a true fan can post about than the biggest unforced blunder in the organization's history.

And with the season down the toilet, why not spend some of it on a Zeke Rehabilitation Tour? Just a little. It won't cost us much, and maybe Zeke will step up and play well because he doesn't want it to end like this either.
If the tour comes with a few run blockers....ok.

I never "lobbied" for this. Difference between me and you is I knew they'd do it. I never once said they should do it hell I'm a Dak fan why would I want him here? What sense does that make?

Are you saying that all these years you haven't touted Dak as top tier QB and defended him against any criticism relentlessly?

And that in your heart you weren't happy they re-signed him?

Don't be "that" poster. We have enough of these guys around here. You said I "lobbied" to re-sign him.

I touted Dak as a top 10 QB and he was. This year he isn't. Congrats, you guys were finally right after all these years. He's bad this year. And yes I did defend him against unfair criticism. Such classics like "He's not better than Nate Millans" or "He's the black Kirk Cousins" or "He's the black Derek Carr" or "he's bottom 10 in the league". I did.

And no I wasn't happy he re-signed like I said I'm a Dak fan. I like Lamb too. I don't get why they re-signed after the offseason they had. Both are idiots as far as I'm concerned. They get whatever they get.

What kind of poster is that?

If you mean someone who intends to bask in being proven right, then sorry but I always said I intended to make sure that those who were insulting, insufferable Dak defenders get their just rewards. Don't get it twisted. What is happening now is a culmination of me being right since 2017. It's not an off year or a fluke. It's the things that were always there but no amount of excuses can cover up now.

Being a Dak fan doesn't flatter your decision making abilities but it's your choice so that's cool. Remember, you can always admit your mistake & change your mind like so many others.

When you say things like he's not the biggest issue, it sure sounds like still want to distract from any attention to his failures. Everyone is frustrated & your guy is going to take the brunt of that. But now that you've made your position clear, you don't have to feel compelled to even comment. We'll just know where you stand.

I wish you had gotten your wish & he hadn't been given a chance to re-sign. It would be hilarious watching the idiots that always say "hold out, you'll get more money next year" dance their way through not having a contract now that the injuries are upon him.

When I say "don't be that poster" I'm referencing you making up claims I said that I never said.

Because truthfully you don't know who said what.

I don't have to change my mind on anything. It's why you guys never post these claims I've made. All you know is "Dak defender"...it's fine. Have at it. I get it. You've been wrong for 8 years and finally on the 8th year you can say you were right. Have at it. Truthfully. You can't prove I made these claims because I didn't.

If saying Dak isn't as big of an issue as Jerry is a distraction that's fine. It is what it is. I can't tell a lie so if it's a distraction fine.
