BP didn't have any answers the last two weeks and he can't seem to prepare the team for big games, so I'm saying loss. I don't see a way for our O-line to stop the DL of the Panthers.

I'd be shocked if we won it. I'd be pleased if we keep it close.

Aren't you AT LEAST hoping for a win? Instead of just being shocked if we get it. Or are you going to salivate all over the Panthers D-Line? If the Bucs can beat em, we can. Be a Cowboys Fan not a stats nerd. On any given DAY any team can win. Look what the Commanders did.....

I'm hoping for a win. I'm also hoping the Boys coaching staff is watching what the Bucs did to the Panthers both on offense and defense.

The problem is that the Bucs are better at LB than the Cowboys.

Who knows...I voted for a win. Why would I watch otherwise?

Let's see....

Lost 3 out of the last 4. Blown out in the last one. Backups exposed. Rookies hitting a wall......

Loss

I always hope for a Cowboy win. The thread asked if I thought they would win, which I don't. I'd be happy to see them come out and compete like they had in almost every game before the Skins game. I'd be ecstatic if they won.

No chance with the O-Line we will be sending into action this weekend.

After what a mediocre Skins D-line did to us this past week, I'm having trouble seeing how Drew is going to get out of this one alive, much less with a W.

Only chance is if the D bucks up, but Steve Smith has killed us in the past.

Not optimistic on this one.

We are gonna SHOCK the World??? Well most likely not but hey i have faith that we'll make some plays and have a chance to win it. You know what we will win, we are so incosistant that we will probably look invicible on Saturday

No excuses if they lose. If they belong in the playoffs, they win a game Carolina doesn't really need.

As a diehard fan, I always root for a win.

but...
We are not a good road team.
There are several mis-matches in the favour of Carolina.

I expect a better played game from our stand point, and us coming up just short.
20-14 Carolina.

Obviously the team can play better than last week, last week everything went wrong.

But i am concerned as another poster said, that Parcells seems to sound like he doesnt have any answers right now. He sounds as if he has been saying, the coaches have tried everything and the players just need to play better, so it doesnt sound like coach is coming through with anything different this week than the last few weeks. I have seen nothing to convince me that certain players are going to all of a sudden show a big improvement in their play, i mean the guys look like they are trying hard and just aren't capable of winning the battles in the trenches, i dont think guys are being lazy are unmotivated, they just look like they are giving it their all and thats not good enough. How can you fix that ?

Now add Rivera might be out, henry's injury seems to be more serious, i just think that makes 2 more positions weaker and means its more adversity to overcome, so i'm not confident of a win this week.

Its not that i think the panthers are so good, i just think the cowboys as a team are falling to peices and guys are doing the best to play their butts off but every week we seem to get beat up a little more and teams are able to exploit are weaknesses.

Panther fan here...I'm curious because I've seen a couple of posts saying Carolina has nothing to play for. As a Panther fan, I can tell you we have everything to play for! Even though we are leading our division, it is only a 1 game lead. It is still possible for us to miss the play-offs. Not to mention, we still have a slim chance at a 1st round bye.

As for how to beat us...your best bet would be to use a three step drop and short passes. Every team that does that seems to frustrate our D-line because they don't have time to get to the passer. Of course you have to be able to run the ball too, which very few teams have been able to do this year. Cadallac has had the best day running on our defense so far, but he got 106 of his 112 yards running on Mike Rucker's side of the line (he didn't play that day because of an ankle injury). Plus that was right after we finally got the M. Vick monkey off our backs so I believe we had a little bit of a let down.

Anyway, here's to an injury free game!
