Remember last year's game?........they need to come out and punch these guys in the mouth!
Shotty will have them ready, This ain't your weak minded Garrett/McCarthy teams of past. Whole new team that actually plays like a team.

The Cowboys are 1-5 on the road this season. Although they’ve been much better since the trade for Williams, it hasn’t prevented them from getting off to bad starts and behind early in games. Can’t afford to get behind early on the road to the Lions, who are capable of generating a lot of offense.
Correction: we’re 2-3 on the road this season. Only road wins were against the struggling Jets and Raiders.

I'm anxiously awaiting this game with delicious anticipation! I'm hoping for a Dallas Cowboys' victory -- one that makes up for the past 30 years of awful frustration. Go Cowboys! Beat 'em up, if you please!

What we absolutely don't want is Gibbs and Montgomery running all over the field in long time-consuming drives.

This would drain the clock and give Dak and the offense less time and opportunities to respond to any Lions scoring. This is the Lions gameplan, no doubt. They don't have to protect Goff if he is just handing the ball off.

Goff will take his shots to be sure but I think they would like to limit the passing to around 25 to 27 attempts and just try to run the Cowboys defense into the ground.

Gibbs couldreak his career record for carries in a game which is 26.

They'll pepper in about another 8-10 carries for Montgomery.

We need to see the Cowboys stop the run on their very first possession. A very bad sign would be the Lions gaining 7-8 yards on every 1st and ten.

If the Lions score on the first 70-yard drive by passing no more than twice, then brace yourself. it's going to get ugly.

On the other hand, if the Lions are facing 3rd down and over five yards and the Cowboys can stop them even half the time, the offense should be able to do the rest.

We got no pity or excuses when we were missing 5-10 players most of the first half of night year.

So they wont get any, they are still loaded…..
yep... i dont give a damn about why we win. In the words of Al Davis, just win baby!. Once the playoffs start, you are either in or out.

why would it get ugly? You think the Lions are holding us to 17 points?

Not thinking about the playoffs.

Just want us to pound Detroit tonite. They have disrespected us in recent years.

Time for some payback

I'm listening to Detroit Sports Talk Radio right now...I'll share a few things if something comes up interesting.

One host just said.

Don't look at the Cowboys defensive stats over the course of this season. Look at how they've played since getting Quinnen Williams. He has transformed this defense in a way that is really incredible.

maybe.. I realize it seems like a lifetime ago, but it can happen, It did with the Bears(14) , the Cardinals (17)....20 in game 1 of the eagles.. Literally held scoreless the second half...

I know it may or may not happen but don't say it can't there's always a possibility they have a bad game of turnovers you know those lucky bounces we've been getting lately they make the the fumbles that have went out of bounds or that we've been able to get back on or the interceptions that have not turned into points.

It doesn't take much for the luck to run out....

Huge Dallas game tonight and I'm going to miss it. The one time they play on TNF and I have a concert tonight

Haven't decided if I'm going to check my phone throughout the night or ignore my phone until I get home.

Ignore it until you get home.

Enjoy your time! This team starts slow so they likely will have you angry at first lol

Lions people seem to think they are gonna have to play zone tonight--even though they rarely do.

Don't tell me that you don't have Amazon prime.
He can't afford it on $8.10 per hour at his job. That's if he even works while he is there because he is on this forum. lol
