Bill Parcells had a real coaching staff. Mike McCarthy was a Super Bowl-winning coach who had a real DC in Quinn after his initial misstep of hiring Nolan. No-Schott deserves to be fired, but whether we've had quality coaches or not, the end result has been the same.

Correct. Jerry is the poison. He hangs out with the players. He micromanages the football decisions. The players aren’t told to focus on football and win or else. With social media, big salaries, the Texas tax benefits, etc; it’s not difficult to see why players want to be here and it’s easy to understand how Jerry can use those things to dismantle the authority any coaching staff needs to be successful.

Embarrassing...but it doesn't matter. The Cowboys won simply by waking up today and realizing they are part of the NFC East. With how bad this division is, they can continue to put up stinkers like this every week because no one else in the East will make them pay

Washington could get hot. They’ve been a play or two from winning most of their games, and beat Seattle. It’s highly unlikely, but if they get past San Fran, most of their tough schedule is behind them.
