Schotty has zero situational awareness. Punt the ball and take this to the 2nd half with the ball to start the 3rd. Houston just knees it if you do. Dallas thinks Aubrey is some automatic weapon and obsessed with him. What set him apart was his 60+yd percentage. That has taken a drastic decline starting last year.

I think it is time to talk about Christian Parker being one and done and possibly taking play-calling duties from Schotty. He is not running the ball, so no play-action can be effective. This head coach has fallen in love with only 2 players, Lamb and Pickens, and refuses to get anyone in the game with creativity and unpredictability. Bland needs to return to the slot where he is most effective.

Sure, I think everyone would love to see a 70-yarder. But it's about timing and right now is not the time to attempt that. Points are hard to come by, keep the game close, make Houston work for it. Don't give them awesome field position.

When we're up on a team and scoring easily, then go for a 70.
