I think it is time to talk about Christian Parker being one and done and possibly taking play-calling duties from Schotty. He is not running the ball, so no play-action can be effective. This head coach has fallen in love with only 2 players, Lamb and Pickens, and refuses to get anyone in the game with creativity and unpredictability. Bland needs to return to the slot where he is most effective.

Id fire Schottenheimer and hire Tomlin on the flight home. Let him decide what to do with our defensive mess.
