These refs are really bad tonight. at 1:30 the charger player slid and caught the pass. Bland touched him before he went out. They stopped the clock.

They should have called a time out after the Gallup catch. Maybe they thought he got out of bounds but the refs clearly signaled the clock to continue running. They wasted about 15 seconds there.
